Frequently Asked Questions
Traditional cotton grip socks are highly absorbent, trapping sweat and bacteria. Poire grip socks are engineered with silver ion technology, which creates an active barrier for odor causing bacteria. Combined with premium moisture-wicking technical fibers, your feet stay dry, cool, and fresh all day.
Given the extremely low levels of silver particles used in fabrics, silver treated fabrics are not common culprits of harmful long term side effects.
If you have metal allergies, skin sensitivities, or other health concerns, make sure to consult your healthcare provider.
Our silver-ion technology is engineered to last with proper care. Because the ions are molecularly integrated within the fibers, the textile retains its antimicrobial properties even after repeated washing.
